Eating nuts 'may
prolong life'
If that is the
case, it sounds easy enough to add to your daily diet in order to live a healthy
and longer life without giving up anything or forcing yourself to do exercises,
unless you hate nuts.
A new 30-year-long
study has found that those who regularly eat nuts appear to enjoy a longer life
and healthy lifestyle and be less likely to suffer heart diseases.
Any type of nuts?
Researchers suggest that the plainer the nuts are, the better for health will
be. So, you may want to avoid salted, honeyed, chocho-covered, buttered or even
dry-roasted ones but choose plain options, they say. How plain nuts without any
