Before he opened the door, it seemed to have been a taboo to
be open to gay society or to admit being a gay among professional footballers. It
was him who took interviews from gay magazine and embraced being a gay icon for
the first time at least among the top of the best players.
Of course he did much more than that during his professional
footballer’s career but this is one of his exceptional footprints he has
