UK still has 13,000 black-and-white TVs!
It’s surprising to learn that number of people or households
still use B/W TV screen now. But it is even more surprising to find how one can
learn how many B/W TVs are still being used.
It’s seems that “a licensing fee” is still charged in the UK
and the fees are different for BW and color. What about 3D?
