Hope and fear in gay marriage cases at high court.
Out of 50 states, interracial marriage was not legally
recognized only until 45 years ago and segregated school systems still legally existed
about 60 years ago in America. Today, same sex marriage is legally allowed only
in nine states and it is prohibited in 30 states.
It seems that US Supreme Court hasn’t been too far ahead of
the country on heated uprising social issues, even though such moves had been apparent
to earn public support sooner or later.
Enjoy reading and learning about how such social issues has
been ruled in America.
