Can social media clear air over China?
The second largest country in the world in terms of the economy
and military spending, is now the largest producer of greenhouse gasses. It
uses more coal than the rest of the world combined and sells more cars than any
other country. As a result, air quality in China is at hazardous level.
But why social media such as Weibo could change and clean
the air over China?
