Mount Everest's Ice Is Melting.
The glaciers have retreated, precipitation, both snow and
rain, has dropped and temperatures have risen in the Mount Everest region over
the course of last two decades, when economies of Asia have drastically grown.
Are these signs of global or regional warming?
The world’s tallest mountain range seems to have been
suffering from environmental problems such as litters and leftovers by the
climbers on top of this warming effect.
Enjoy reading and learning about how global warming affects
this highland region.
