From James Bond to the boardroom: What the Royal Navy can
teach leaders
Are you happier to do whatever being told to do, or asking
others what to do? Which do you think you will be more suitable than the other,
doing things right or doing the right thing?
The former choices are for the staff and managers and the
latter for the leaders. Whichever your choices might be, the key is whether you’re
happy to do those things or not, and it seems that Royal Navy’s soft skills
make people think and do things in a motivating fashion instead of forcefully.
Enjoy reading and learning about the soft skills being developed
in the sea and on the land.
