Dear MEL
Topic Readers,
The secret language
of flight attendants
Have you
noticed some common terms that crew members use on the airplane such as "Cross-check,"
or "Prepare doors for departure"?
You might have
been unconsciously guessing that they mean checking something to make it sure or
do something before leaving the gate. Yes. But there are some reasons why crew
members use those terms. You may find it interesting to learn some of the terms
to know the status or situation of the flight you’re on board.
Enjoy reading and
learning to prepare for your next flight.
