Again, the same old story. Talks, deals, threats, tests and demands. The countries dealing with this poor country whose people are starving but vows to keep its position have been patient mainly because any changes in the regional, political and military map of the peninsula is so sensitive and critical to them and no one seems to want any changes now and the near future.
