How much coffee should you drink?
If you drink coffee, here is something you may be interested to know.
Does coffee, or more specifically caffeine, make you awake or alert?
Not really.
What it does is to increase the heart beat and raise the blood pressure,
which makes the blood circulate faster. That still sounds effective to sharpen
up your physical and mental performance especially in the morning, doesn’t it?
Also, thanks to the rich polyphenols, coffee drinkers are said to live
longer.
But there is a downside to excess intake of caffeine. Then how much is
too much?
